Alright I talked to PDGA!
Anyone who DNF'd after playing 9 holes will still get their 9 holes scored.
We needed 13 common holes for round ratings, but we obviously would not have made it that far.
We're so lucky we had just enough good weather for lead card to get through 9.
PDGA Live has been updated and I'm submitting the event report now.
PDGA will take a few days or more to process it themselves as well.
