So to clarify, the greens fees are covered, based on info fo tournament. Does that mean the greens fees are covered for just the tournament or did the three greens fees allow for 3 practice rounds?

Really we are not charging that full amount in greens, we have a lot more expenses, but that's how PDGA likes it to be listed.
