For both holes, players have the choice to play from last place in-bounds or proceed to the white tee as a drop zone. On hole 10 if you do not wish to throw over the water you can opt to proceed directly to the drop zone where you would be throwing your third, without first throwing from the Blue tee. On hole 11, tee shots OB may choose to proceed to the white tee, but from there it is just normal OB rules for subsequent throws.
