Please refer to the PDGA 1.03 Withdraws and Refunds details in the Competition Manual. You are guaranteed a full refund up until February 27. However, if your pool fills, this date could be pushed back much closer to the event as the refund options get a lot better if there is a player on the waitlist that can take your spot.
