Hey Lynh; I held spots for 24 hours for women and manually added them in from the waitlist to ensure they were able to play on at least one of the dates. We're on a VERY tight turnaround for players packs at this point thanks to late notice form the city; on a positive front, there's currently only 1 woman on the waitlist who'd registered outside of that 24 hour window and isn't already playing in another division, comprising 2.8% of our unfortunately-large waitlist. I imagine that 1 woman will also likely receive her entry prior to the event due to withdrawals. Given the timeframe we had to work with, I think we achieved as equitable a result as was feasible.
