What David said. You can start anytime from 10-2. If you have people to play with, great. If not, we will pair you up with others. With these sort of events, it's usually busier right when it starts and right before it ends, which means it's easier to get paired up at those times but it also means you may have to wait to tee off because there are a lot of people. In the middle there usually isn't a wait time to tee, but if you're a solo player you may need to wait for enough people to make up a card.
For the most part though, any wait time is not bad.
