Adam was the king of the Goon in Week 9, shooting a -9 (unofficially 969 rated). And to flex on the homies, he threw in 2 bogeys just because nobody was all that close. On his tail were Naz (Adam's fellow B pooler!) as well as Frank and Killian (A poolers). In C Pool, Jeremy kept his cash and attendance streak alive shooting +5 to take the W.
Heading into week 10, this is where things stand in terms of point totals:
1st - 100 points - John DelReal with 6 rounds
2nd - 95 points - Naz Munoz with 7 rounds
3rd - 87 points - Killian Flannery with 7 rounds
It's going to be tough to knock any of those guys off the podium, but perceivably Scott (67 points with 4 rounds) or Adam Kiess (66 points with 4 rounds) could do it if they have a stellar outing and a lot of folks show up... Wes also deserves an honorable mention with his 7 round total of 67 points. We'll see!
There's a lot of fresh snow on the course so we're going to be keeping things simple tomorrow and play our final league round of this series as a standard Goon layout. Bring a shovel and use spotters! Let's try to avoid too many lost discs. A bit of snow is forecast overnight and tomorrow. Get your Venmos in by 10am tomorrow if you want in on the fun!
