I like the idea of taking some practice baskets out to test some alt pins. I laready have a couple of ideas.
If the chains get replaced on hole #3, I would offer 25 cents / foot for the old heavy chains that can be used for other course improvements. Rick and I visited a bit today about repairing some of the baskets. I don't want to volunteer his services but it sounds like if there is an outlet we can use at the lake he might be able to bring a welder. I think the wobbly chain racks and baskets make them seem worse than they are. I wonder if the Corp of Engineers would hook us up with some silver RustOleum if we offered to do the paining? Heck, if they know we are going to improve the facilty using our "course improvement fund" they might match it?
