tee times could change a bit? check again friday morning. //// this would be to a later than posted time? tee times have to be posted 12 hours prior. but can be moved to a later than posted original, not an earlier than posted original time? is this correct?

looks like rule 1.06 letter k - I may have read it incorrect = but looks like has to be 12 hours prior to first tee tie for your division. I thought it was the individuals tee time.. example would be go to bed thursday night and see you have a noon tee time, then wake up friday morning and you have been changed to a 8am tee time and maybe now you are late. I suppose if your division started at 8 am and you had a very large division that could be done, but that would really mess some people up. so moving someone from a 8am tee time to a 8:15 or even 11am tee time not as big of a deal as you are already at the course and would not have been late to your original time . it is the moving tee time back that could catch people not paying attention or maybe not even in town yet if driving in. let me know if that seems to be correct? thanks
