I have the tee-times scheduled based on tee-assignments, getting all divisions playing shorts both rounds out first, and the age protected division are quick through the course and don't cause any backups early in the day, which has worked really well in the past. Additionally, the feedback I have had in the past years of running the events, is the MA60/70 and FA60/70 divisions have always preferred to have an early start to beat the summer heat, and get their rounds/event wrapped up in the morning.
