Good Afternoon Everyone, I apologize for being a little behind on housekeeping & points. I have a bit of catch up to do, and will be addressing that this week, Thursday I am off, and should be able to address the last bit of division point total adjustments.
Most importantly, I wanted to mention the possibility of dangerous weather headed to town 6/18. Thunderstorms, hail, tornadoes all are possible. I will be keeping an eye on the weather, and plan to make an announcement no later than 2pm (but probably closer to 1) if we will cancel and extend for a makeup round.
Another note and reminder that as we are playing these longer and tougher courses, refrain from groups larger than 4 unless you have spoken to Emily or I and have had them approved. If you're playing in the morning, larger groups are fine, but if you're going to be running into the 6pm rush of players, large groups should be avoided.
Also, if you are starting your round prior to 5, you should start your round on hole 1. The shotgun start at 6 should be filling the starting holes first to avoid running into players in the middle of their round, and if you are starting later in the course, you could be inadvertently causing course congestion when you loop back around to the start.
