A few updates!
Regarding Rounds & Layouts.
After surveying currently registered players, we are decided to stick with 3 rounds over 2 days. As of right now, we will play County and City on Saturday with Shotgun starts. We will play the Golf Course on Sunday with tee times. When we took over the event 2 years ago, the main feedback was to cut it down to 2 days again because players could not make Friday. At the end of the day this a PDGA event. If the longterm feedback is for this is to be a fun event, then we will explore Non-pdga rather than removing rounds or days. TBD on future plans and can't commit to any of that yet.
The County Course will be temporarily modified, with 3 new holes so that we don't play into the wetland area that has flooded in years past. These changes will not be in place until the Thursday before the event, with flags marking the basket locations. We will not have baskets in place until the day of competition(Saturday).
