Big thanks to everyone that came out tonight! We had another record setting 32 players tonight. Also a huge thanks to everyone that helped out tonight and to all the new players! We had 3 players buy into the club ($60), Jason Kirkaldy bought one raffle ticket ($5) and 31 people bought into the 50/50 adding $31 to the payout pot, putting it to $704. All 32 players bought into the ace pool adding $160, putting the ace pool to $1135! Sadly, I decided to throw a lefty shot for fun on hole 15 and aced, so your welcome for not throwing that shot first lol. That's what I get, right?
Winning tonight with an AMAZING 42 was Gary Chirhart and Don Cantwell splitting $80. Second place was Alex Skillman and Colin Sherrod, splitting $40. Third place was Jake Forester and Jeremy Wilkinson with a 46, splitting $20 and we had a throw off for last cash between myself/Kyle Greenhalgh and David Mayers and Carroll Stevens, with winner takes all and myself and Kyle won the throw off.
Reminder, you can buy raffle tickets anytime, until the end of the year. We will be doing 2 separate league days where we will do double tickets. I will keep everyone posted on what days I decide on that. I just got another Chainstar Lite and a Grip Ax5 bag to add to the raffle, so there already are some great prizes for you guys!
If you are interested in playing in the Field Stone Acres Open, please register as soon as you can. I imagine we will fill, so grab a spot while you can! We will have pre round events, CTP's on the course, as well as a 50/50 raffle with 25% of the 50% going to Bob for course maintenance and the other 25% going to Club Indy Lake to help pay for lunch. Lunch and water will be provided, BYOB. We will be able to camp there overnight, so if you want to check the course out the night before, I may run a doubles round that night for cash. If you need any more information, please feel free to contact me.
Next week we will be playing the East course from the white tees with holes 3, 11, and 16 from longs. CTP will be on hole 2 and 50/50 will be on hole 17. See you then!
