It feels rough that dozens of people in lower divisions who registered after me are in the tournament while I am still on the wait-list because my division is capped at 8. I understand the desire to keep some spots open so that every division can get a chance to have a decent number of players. I don't quite understand why there is a division -specific wait-list, or why so many spots were opened for some divisions while other divisions (with players who were already waiting) were left with low caps. What is the advantage to having 20 players in MA2 and only 8 players in MPO?
My personal situation aside, thank you for giving your time and energy to run these events. We all appreciate the opportunity to play in tournaments that we did not have to organize.
These are all my own opinions & thoughts but to be frank, we've been doing this a long time. I think this is year 8 of us volunteering A LOT of our free time to set up & run these events. If you would like to further this discussion with me Mr Bisnett I’d love to hear your opinions so please feel free to reach out by calling or texting me at 330-224-1146. Or if you'd rather talk in person I’m going to try to get to Oak Ledges this afternoon (Wednesday after 3pm before league to paint some OB lines before I have to go to my previous planned event. I will also be at Oak Ledges Friday evening for league & at Oak Ledges all day Saturday for the Stonestreet. Thank you for your interest in our event. I look forward to hopefully hearing from you!
