Thanks to all of you that came out this week! We had a record 27 people yesterday! I am so happy to see this league grow as much as it has been. The ace pool obviously helps, but it's always great to see you all every week!
Taking the win this week with a NASTY 42 was Matt Clark and Alex Skillman splitting $80. Taking 2nd and splitting $30 was Jay B and Alex Dudek. Tied for third was John James/Chris Smith ($20) and Don Cantwell/Sean McGee ($10) with a 47. Great shooting everyone!
We had 3 more people buy into the club ($60), and $27 was added into the payouts from the 50/50. Rob Smith (5@$20) and Alex Dudek (5@$20) bought raffle tickets adding $40 to the payouts as well putting it to a total of $608. We had around $1100 dollars in the payouts last year, so we are already projected to pass that, which will increase the amount per skin in the skins match. We played for $30 a hole last year, lets try to make it $50 a hole! Thanks to all of you contributing! We will have some great prizes for you for the end of year raffle, including a Chainstar Lite!
Again, registration is back open for the Field Stone Acres Open. If you want to play a fun private course with free lunch provided and lots of prizes to win, come on out! Sorry to those of you who tried to sign up, I made an error while setting it up and never set the year for the date lol. We will have a 50/50 raffle to help pay for some expenses for the tourney, as well as to pay Bob for maintenance and having us out on his amazingly fun course.
I keep forgetting to mention this to everyone during sign up, but every 4 weeks you play in the league, you will receive 1 free raffle ticket for the end of year raffle, but only if you are a club member. All club members get 100% ace pool payout, entry into the point series where the top 5 play in the Club Indy Lake Skins Match, as well as the free raffle ticket entries for ever 4 rounds played.
Next week we will be starting at 5:30, since we have had plenty of time after the round. We will be on the West course to the B positions with holes 4, 8 and 14 from longs. CTP will be on hole 7 and the 50/50 will be on hole 9. See you next week!
