Eleven of us were out at River Bends for a doubles round to start our week. We played in really comfy weather, and our 9-27 layout was only a little bit wet. Thanks to everyone who came out.
James made sure there wasn’t a tie at the top and shot a hot 47 (-10) to take down the week. Just to rub it in our faces a little bit, he decided to take one of the CTPs, too! Bry and Brandon kept it honest and earned back their buy-ins with a solid 49. McCool put it closest on the other two CTPs earning himself enough cash for a craft beer at the bar and the DGA Quake that Tanaya donated (thank you!)
We’re off next Sunday for Easter, and then we’ll venture over to Bald where the front entrance should be open. If we can’t park by hole 1, we’ll meet at the boat launch parking lot near 18’s long pad. Hope to see ya out there for a doubles bruiser on the 27th!
