Welcome to the second annual Discraft Presents: Putting the Pieces Together Disc Golf Tournament. We are appreciative for you all registering and attending. All of this wouldn’t be possible without our amazing Sponsors, the City of Hurricane Workers, the Valley Park Maintenance Crew, Phil Riedel, Jonathan Wright, Seth Lewis, Destiny Wright, Chet Adkins, Maddog, Shane Summers, Carter Williams, Tom Nay, Evan Downey, Justin Carpenter, Kyle Taylor, The Mullins Family, Eric Morton, and Johnny Sias. We have raised over 3k for CARES and depending on the raffle and the event Sunday that number could grow.

A few notes for tomorrow.
For Pool A, Check in will be at Hurricane Bridge Park at Hole 1 (By First Baptist Church of Hurricane’s bottom parking lot) from 8-9am. Participants MUST park in the church parking lot near hole 1. We will be shuttling people up the hill as needed
For Pools B and C, Check in will be at Valley Park by Hole 14 from 8-9am.
Jonathan will be at Bridge as the course TD and Destiny and Chet will be at Valley Park. If you have any questions, please reach out to them or call or text Jonathan at (606) 356-6332 or Seth Lewis at (304) 400-9097. We have tried to make the pdga Live as detailed as possible but let us know if you have any questions.
The PDGA live scoring code is “PTPT”. All members on each card must keep score per PDGA rules.
Tee Off will be at 9:30am for all Pools. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your hole.
There will be a one-hour lunch break once the final card has been submitted for each Pool. Please check the PDGA site for Hole assignments and Tee Off time for Round 2. Friendly reminder there will not be a course swap, you will play both rounds at the same course.
Lastly, Trophy ceremony and Payouts will be at Maddog Disc Shop located at 3538 Teays Valley Rd. Hurricane, WV 25526 near Valley park beside of Wok'd. If you do not pick up your payout card, you will receive a text message with your payout gift card to be redeemed at the shop or online until June 1. Anybody receiving cash, will be paid via the email used at time of registration unless otherwise noted.
