Hi Cory! It is until certain date. We follow the PDGA Competition Manual (https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103). The paypal and Disc Golf Scene fees are non-refundable though, those are less than ~$5.50 / ~5.00€. So you can register and you'll be basically fully refunded if you withdraw at least 30 days before the event.
