The whole field is capped with 125/125 (5 man cards with 25 holes) so unless there's something I'm missing definitely looks like waitlisted players getting in would be contingent on registered players dropping.

Correct at this point we have caps on the Ams and Pro field that's separate but both full. We are on cards of 5, I'll mix divisions Ams with Ams Pros with Pros but we didn't want to mix Am and Pro players. At this point it's all drop outs to get players in. That said this is the week we will see the most movement.
