Just to clarify. 3 or 4 groups started first thing in the morning on hole 8 or 9. these groups got through that section of the course way before most other groups. All of those people went by the pdga app that showed hole 15 being a par 3 200 something feet with OB being the cliffside. This information changed much later when we were already finished with the round. multiple groups played the hole according to the app. No one intentionally played it wrong as far as I know
