Thanks for participating in the 2024 Black Friday Open!

This email is going to include lots of pertinent information so make sure you read through everything.

Tournament Central & Check In: Located at the bright orange tent near the Sun King Mobile Pro Shop. Players must check in before they start their round on Saturday. Make sure to get in the Ace Fund, tell me how much you miss me, etc.

Players Meeting: This is your players meeting. All of the course info is located here in this email.

Digital Scoring: Visit www.pdga.com/score - Password: BFO24
We will be utilizing digital scoring, but all groups are required to also carry a paper scorecard or use a secondary device and score the rounds as a backup to the digital scoring. Match the paper scorecard/secondary device to the digital scoring prior to submitting scores.

Format: (1) Round of 18 Holes.

Tee Times: This event is a Flex Start between 9am-1pm. Groups of 4-5 players are required.

Tee Assignments:
Gold & Blue - Blue Layout - Turf Pads to Red Baskets (Temp Baskets on 5, 17 & 18)
All Other Divisions - Red Layout - Carpet Pads to Red Baskets (Temp Baskets on 5, 17 & 18)

Players Pack Updates:As we recently posted, we replaced the event shirt will be replaced with a $15 Sun King Sand Dollars.

Players that ordered baskets will have them drop shipped once they arrive at our store as MVP apparently doesn't drop ship the refurbished baskets. 

Ace Fund:
If no aces are thrown a random drawing will be used to determine the winners. If you throw an ace please let the event staff know when you're done with your round!

Warm-Up Area & Other Options: Once the round has started, there is no practice allowed on the course! On site we have 2 practice baskets and 2 nets for warm up drives.

Snacks/Drinks/Restrooms: There are public drinking water jugs strategically placed throughout the course. Regardless, please bring an ample supply of beverages or the Sun King Mobile Pro Shop will have a small assortment of snacks and cold beverages for purchase.

Weather: If we do get some rain and should lightning start to strike during play, listen for a single horn blast pausing the round. Players must stop playing immediately and leave their discs at their lie.

PAYOUT
This event is a player pack event and there is no prize payout.

REFUND REQUESTS
Starting 11/25 ALL Refund Requests will be a partial refund plus the player pack option you chose at registration.
