Jacob, Sorry if it isn't totally clear. There are two limits. the division limit, and the overall tournament limit. Right now the Tournament limit is at 92 and that has been reached. If someone has to drop out we'll add from the waitlist in order of place on the waitlist. We also might be able to fit one more card in. Which would be four more players from the waitlist added.
