Any chance you can have the ladies tee from orange (so, orange to red) round one on hole 3? I ask because the red to red layout in particular is going to rate terribly playing against men. Changing just one hole would allow us to rate against our peers and not the mpo/mp40/ma1 players who can reach most of the holes
