An Email was just sent out...
Who doesn't love surprises? This week the school district started a construction project on their softball field to level the ground and replace the outfield fence. This potentially affects 2 holes we are planning on using for the event. They also started construction on a loading dock on the north side of campus as well as started excavation for a new building on the east side. All of these different projects make it tricky to plan for an exact layout/caddy book.
With all that being said, we plan on having 27 holes for everyone to play, I just might not have a finalized caddy sheet or layout until Friday or even Saturday Morning. I understand that that is not Ideal, but we are doing our best with what we have, and no matter what, It will be a great time whatever layout we play.
I just wanted to keep you all updated on layout situation. I will send another email closer with more info. Keep in mind the timeframe for Saturday. 7:30-8:20 - Check in/ Player Pack 8:30 - Players meeting in front of the Allied Health Building Steps9:00 - Round 112:30ish - Lunch2:00 pm - Round 2 Shotgun Start. I'll be in touch with more emails as I have more info on the final Layout. Thanks!
