All payouts have been dispersed. MPO received cash yesterday at the event, and all Infinite Payouts have been distributed via the infinite discs system. To access your payout log onto your Infinite discs account and look under "my gift cards". If you have any issues accessing it, you can reach out to me or to Infinite Discs themselves.

An email just went out...

I know it feels like the 11th hour, but we finally think we have a layout that won't be interrupted by any construction, events, etc (Fingers Crossed). Sorry this took so long to get to everyone, but that is the nature of this event. Using this property takes coordination with 3 different government agencies that have no idea what is really happening at their own properties lol. Some things to remember for tomorrow...

Caddy Sheet can be found HERECheck in starts at 7:30 AM and there will be a MANDATORY players meeting at 8:30 am. Starting holes will be posted to the PDGA Event page HERE tomorrow MorningThe layout is mostly marked. We will have volunteers helping tomorrow morning set up the extra baskets and finishing touches in the early morning. Any help after the event taking things down is much appreciatedThe PDGA digital passcode is DTO. ALL PLAYERS are required to keep score for the entire card. PDGA Live is the provided means of scoring. If you wish to keep a paper scorecard, you are welcome to, you just need to provide it yourself. All amatuer players will get 2 discs for their player pack. One will have a Automotive Technology Stamp and the other will be a Firefighter Stamp.MPO payouts will be dispersed to the top 40% of finishers in CASH directly following the event. If you finish in the top 4, please stick around and take your cash. Amatuer Payout will be dispersed within 72 hours of the event via Infinite Discs. The top 45% of finishers in each division will receive payout. A portable restroom has been brought in on site and will be next to the normal practice basket (hole 27's basket). I'm sure you will have more questions so feel free to email me back with them, or wait until the player meeting tomorrow morning. An Email was just sent out...

Who doesn't love surprises? This week the school district started a construction project on their softball field to level the ground and replace the outfield fence. This potentially affects 2 holes we are planning on using for the event. They also started construction on a loading dock on the north side of campus as well as started excavation for a new building on the east side. All of these different projects make it tricky to plan for an exact layout/caddy book.
With all that being said, we plan on having 27 holes for everyone to play, I just might not have a finalized caddy sheet or layout until Friday or even Saturday Morning. I understand that that is not Ideal, but we are doing our best with what we have, and no matter what, It will be a great time whatever layout we play. 
I just wanted to keep you all updated on layout situation. I will send another email closer with more info. Keep in mind the timeframe for Saturday. 7:30-8:20 - Check in/ Player Pack 8:30 - Players meeting in front of the Allied Health Building Steps9:00 - Round 112:30ish - Lunch2:00 pm - Round 2 Shotgun Start. I'll be in touch with more emails as I have more info on the final Layout.
