Not an official answer: Trust, but verify. Never rely on tech alone. Keep at least one paper card for your group. Like when mountaineering: avalanche beacon, cell phone, and GPS, but also have a compass and map, and know how to use them.... Sailing: compass, map, sextant, wristwatch.... :D

Electronic scoring will probably not be available. so we'll be doing paper scoring again. I thought we'd be able to do live scoring this year, but it looks like we can look forward to that for next year, almost certainly.
