First off, Sorry for the delay in getting this all out in a timely manner, Dealing with leagues, work, and being sick put a damper on this week for me.
Now, regarding refunds, they will be processed on Saturday, once the financials are finalized. So, if your refund has not been processed yet, don't fret!
Onto the course information;
We tried to get Veterans as our 2nd course, but were denied only a few days ago because the city believes its a busy time of year there, and with that many people and no previously established "Permanent course" they didn't want to approve it. Because they took so long to give an answer, we did not have time to secure/apply for another location. Because of this, we are turning Ann Morrison into a 24 Hole course to accommodate all players. Everyone will be playing Ann Morrison for all 4 rounds. Basket positions will change between day 1 & 2 to add a little bit of variety to the course.
TC (Tournament Central) Will be located near hole 23/Bocce Ball courts.
Attached is a map for Rounds 1 & 2 (Saturday), and a map for rounds 3 & 4 (Sunday), as well as OB sheets for both maps. Schedule has been updated on DGS, Please check in on time (8AM check in on saturday, 9AM on sunday). Round one will be a shotgun start at 10AM. Round 2 will be estimated for 2:30/45PM, dependent of lunch. Check in on day 2 will be 9AM. Round 3 will be a shotgun start at 10AM, with round 4 estimated for 2:30/45PM depending on lunch.
If anyone has any questions regarding the layouts, please reach out or ask during players meetings.
Awards/Raffle/Best Team name will follow the final round at TC.
Regarding trophies, we are lucky to have Orbital Creations doing the trophies again this year. We are going to have team names for winners engraved on the trophies, which will put them a week or two out after the event (Nothing like the overseas/customs mess with trophies from last year luckily).
For Amateur scrip, we will be running it through infinite, Once the event concludes, we will have codes emailed to winners for your scrip! MPO & COED will be cash prizes. This year DD was unable to donate/sponsor shirts again for the "players pack", so instead of paying to get them, we will just take what the cost would've been and keeping it towards payouts so winners will get a little more!
Raffle will have some sweet stuff, including a Rovic Cart! Raffle donations are always welcome!
If no aces are hit, a throw off at the end will determine who takes the ace pot home!
We will attempt to have the layout set and ready for Thursday Night League for everyone to play. Normally Thursday league is for club members only, but we will allow non members to play this week for the layout. Baskets for the extra holes will be removed Thursday after league, and put back out Saturday morning.
