Here are a few things to know for the player meeting tonight:

Opening Ceremonies will begin at 8 p.m. in the Huizenga Grand Room at Frederick Meijer Gardens. - https://www.meijergardens.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/Interior-Map-March-2023.pdf

Please arrive early. There is a concert in the Gardens and traffic may be heavy entering the venue.

Players will park at Cornerstone University in Lot A and be shuttled to Frederick Meijer Gardens across the street.

Shuttle busses will begin running at 6 p.m.

Players can enjoy the Frederick Meijer Gardens free of charge from 6 p.m. — close. - https://www.meijergardens.org

There is a cash, non-alcoholic bar available for beverages in the venue. No outside food or drink is allowed in the venue.
