From personal experience, two backpacks fit snug in the back of the cart. You just need to strap it in. I can see a Zuca taking up all the available space in the back. So not much space for two bags.

Use a backpack it works the best.

I put my Zuca on a cart during the Las Vegas Open. Wasn't great. Took up a lot of space and tended to lean backwards where discs could drop out. Like Tom says, backpack.

Since there will be two players on a cart for most carts, I would highly recommend using a backpack so there is room for both players.
