OB RULES:
For all layouts on all courses, unless further specified for a particular course or week.

On and beyond any concrete/asphalt/wooden walkway/path/parking lot/road will be OB. All creeks/rivers/lakes/fenced baseball/soccer fields will also be OB. OB is defined as being surrounded by an OB surface. If your disc lands on some grass, but there is OB water or surface on all sides of your disc, you are OB. Play a provisional if there is a disagreement.
