You can refer to the leaderboard for the actual list but as for End of the first 15 weeks session the point winners were

Derek $10.00 or what was left of the pot .

I'm going to make some changes so the first 15 weeks will no longer count in the point standings and we can just continue without having to create a new league for the new session.
