Kyle, can you clarify the rules for alternate shot format? Obviously, we alternate shots within each hole, but do we also alternate who throws off the tee? Or do the alternating shots include putts? I.e. If player A drives and player B makes the putt for a 2, does player A drive again on the next hole?
