Here are a few items of note to keep everyone updated...
Estimated Tee Times have been adjusted slightly. This is due to an oversight on my part. FPO, FA1 and MP50 are the ones most affected. Their final rounds are now at the beginning of the day rather than later. This is due to the layouts being played by the groups that were going to be ahead of them. I have attached the updated tee times and updated the image on DGS.Early Player Pack Pick Up is still available at Infinite Discs HQ. As you can imagine, transporting 200+ player pack baskets to the Fort for day of pick up will be tricky, so anyone who is able to pick up early, you will be rewarded with an extra X-out disc from Infinite Discs. Refunds We are past the point of full refunds. You will only receive a full refund if your spot is taken by someone on the waiting list. If you already picked up your player pack and then request a refund, you will not get on seeing how the player pack is valued WAY over the price you pay for the event. If you need a refund at this point and your spot is not taken by someone on the waitlist, you will receive a 25% monetary refund as per PDGA guidelines. As always, all refunds are subject to a $10 processing fee and wait list fees are not refundable. Schedule I have attached an image of an overview of the schedule. Please not a few things of interest...Saturday, June 8th is the 3 disc Sponsor Special at the North Fort Course. You can register for that HEREMonday, June 10th is the Pre Bee C at Schneiter's Bluff Front Course. You can register for that HERE Tuesday, June 11th is the GREATEST GLOW ROUND OF DISC GOLF that you have ever played! The Bluff goes all out with their Glow events with a TON of lights, and fun! Find more Info HERE Wednesday I will be doing a YouTube Live Players meeting at 9pm. Tune in with any questions you might have. A link for that will go out later.Thursday-Saturday are the Tournament rounds. If you haven't picked up your player pack prior to your first round, please show up early to do so. More detailed instructions for this will be sent out later. Course Maintenance I will be out at the North Fort mowing and trimming my heart out this Saturday. If anyone is available to help please come on out! There is a lot to knock down. If you can't come on Saturday, you can help out anytime. Please focus your attention on the North holes of the North Fort Course, as well as the Miles Goodyear holes. Thanks!Caddy Books will come out some time next week. We have a good idea on who is playing what layouts at the Fort, but the North Fort might still have some tweaks in it. I will keep you updated as much as possible. Special Raffle - A lot of you might know David and Heather Turner who are on our tournament staff. They are holding a large Raffle with all the proceeds going towards helping them raise money to go toward IVF expenses. These people are some of the greatest people I know and could really use help for this. Please consider coming with some extra cash for the Raffle, knowing it will go towards such a great cause. They will also have Maple Bars for sale at the Fort for sale with those proceeds going towards the same thing. As always, let me know if you have any other questions!
