Good lookin' out Chris! It's nice to see others take the initiative and help better our sport. I like your idea for those REALLY troubled holes (2, 4, 9, 13, and 14). Any sort of work we do (except for cleanup) has to be okay'd by ER Parks and Rec. They are already in the know regarding tee boxes at PC. I'd like to see if our plan for boxes there works out before I see if we can go with a temporary approach. I'm glad you agree with the fact that the course is playing super nicely right now. We could get a crew together with shovels and rakes to level them all out. I don't have any tools but as a group we can probably gather all the necessary supplies to make what we currently have better. Let me know what you think.
