Chris, you just need to indicate in the "Talk" section of the tourney's page that you'll be attending and we'll add you to the list. Let us know which division you'd like to play in, and whether you're PDGA current or not.

Nice profile pic , hole 10 at Hilltop . Id rate Hilltop harder than PC due to the length and ob . Are you playing the hill with ob ?

Posted on each tee sign at hilltop, only exception is on hole 16, no on unless td specifies

josh stewart   July 14, 2013 at 3:05am

Ob* not on

Thad Murgatroyd   July 16, 2013 at 9:52am

Hole 5 ski lift on right side , Hole 6 Ob Ski lift on right ,Hole 9 Ob at Ski lift ,Hole 10 OB on right ski lift . OB is dettermined by the center cable running down the top of the ski lifts. Hole 10 can make or break your round if played and should be played due to safety of any players playing opposing holes 5,6,

I'm debating if I should play open in states or just stay in advanced. Anyone have any ideas?

Louie Orozco   June 27, 2013 at 5:59pm

Straight up, you're a hell of a golfer. You've picked it up very quickly and you're solid behind the putter. As my competition I'd say move up, haha. But seriously, I'm not sure how you play the Pro and Am looks at Kincaid but you kill it at Peter's Creek just about ... more

Chris Harrington   June 27, 2013 at 7:32pm

Thanks louie, yeh im leaning more toward open because in the past ive done pretty well playing from the pro tees and I want to improve my game every chance I get. Playing with all the open players Ive learned a lot of new shots that I never would of thought of before

Louie Orozco    May 4, 2012 at 1:36am

Good lookin' out Chris! It's nice to see others take the initiative and help better our sport. I like your idea for those REALLY troubled holes (2, 4, 9, 13, and 14). Any sort of work we do (except for cleanup) has to be okay'd by ER Parks and Rec. They are already in the know regarding tee boxes at PC. I'd like to see if our plan for boxes there works out before I see if we can go with a temporary approach. I'm glad you agree with the fact that the course is playi ... more

What up homie? It was good seeing you last Sunday at PC. All the familiar faces are coming out these days. Yeah, that's what PC is missing, tee boxes. That topic is always brought up at our monthly meetings. We have some ideas as to how we can get those put it but of course, money is the issue. Send me a message with whatever ideas you have and I'll bring it up at the next meeting.

What's up buddy? We have a mock schedule done up but nothing has been finalized. We should have that here in the next couple of weeks. It should be Worlds Biggest DG Weekend (the first weekend in May). We'll probably have a fun little tourney or two before that but they'll be more for fun than competition.

What up Chris? It looks like Jeremy beat me to it. He answered it perfectly. Since he answered that I'll give you some reasons to become a PDGA member. 1) You'll save money at pdga santioned events. 2) Lifetime member number, member only disc and a personalized mini with your pdga number one it. 3) Subscription to Disc Golfer Mag, I believe it's quarterly. The magazine has all sorts of great stuff in it like new plastic coming out, sick courses, pro tips, upcoming events etc ... more

Jeremy Boyd    May 10, 2011 at 6:48am

Chris, I think the answer you're looking for is yes, you can compete in any tourney you'd like. When a tournament is PDGA sanctioned, those that are not PDGA members usually have to pay an additional fee for entry, which goes to the PDGA. All PDGA sanctioned events have a tier designation - in the case of the Girdwood tourney it is a C-tier. Larger events that have more added cash to the pro pot could be classified as a B-tier or even an A-tier. A-tier events are generally in large ... more

Hey Chris. Sorry man, I thought I replied to this. The entry fee ($25) will get you all the things you mentioned. Most tournaments will have some sort of "Players Pack". Keep your money. We'll take it that morning. Glad you'll be making it. Tell your friends.
