Hello and welcome to week 6. The course is playing HOT with 3 aces in 3 consecutive leagues. Groves hole 6 Weds Dubs 2/28, Allen hole 7 Sat Leagues 3/2, and Griffin hole 2 Weds Dubs 3/6. An Ace tomorrow pays out over $50! Venmo James Robinson today!
Week 5 Highlights:
- Salvador got a turkey! Holes 5-7. This is his first of series 20. Only non-A pool player to card 3 birds in a row. Congrats man!
- Also a first this series is we birdied every hole. Congrats to the following guys who got solo birdies on these holes to make that happen. Allen hole 12, Graham hole 9, Costales holes 8 & 13, and Black hole 4.
- Moon was the only non-A pool player to not card a bogey. Playing nice and smooth to get the B Pool win.
- C Pool was the only group to shoot above their collective rating. (+26.5)
- Basket 7 continues it's MVP ways by catching putts like a fat kid catching cupcakes. We shot over half a stoke under par, with 14 birdies and an ace.
- Basket 3 was the only "hard get" last week. .310 Over par, and really the only basket meaningfully over par. We somehow managed 3 birdies on it.
See you out on the course tomorrow. Teepad 6 was the only icy pad Wednesday. I'll bring a couple handfuls of ice melt to try and help us out.
