About this league
Fee per round $8
League information and rules:
1. Weekly league fee: $8 for ADGA members, $11 for non-members.
Submit your league fee via Venmo to @james-robinson-32
How to use Venmo: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O61hMHYWqc8
In your payment note - include "League Fee DD/MM" (where DD is the day, MM is the month)
If you don't have Venmo, the onus is on you to find someone else playing league that week and have them Venmo your fee to James.
Where does the league fee go?
$5.50 - payouts
$0.50 - PDGA sanctioning
$1 (or $4 for non-members) - ADGA
$1 - Ace Pot
League payouts are made via Venmo weekly
2. Submit your payment on or before Friday evening ahead of a sanctioned league Saturday. This is your notice to us that you intend to play the upcoming Saturday.
3. We tee off at 11am. Review your hole assignments on the PDGA league page (linked above) when you arrive at the course so you know where you're starting.
4. We will use live scoring. To keep score, go to:
https://www.pdga.com/apps/tournament/score/login
Access code is "Davis"
Everyone MUST keep score for all players on the card and verify for accuracy at the end of the round. This is a new rule affecting all sanctioned rounds in 2024. Digital scorecards are preferred but paper is allowed (paper card available upon request). If you use a method other than PDGA live scoring, you must text Dan and James your completed score card within 30 minutes after the round. More details are available here: https://www.pdga.com/news/how-score-2024-player-td-guidance
5. There are three pools for payouts. Pools are based on PDGA rating: under 840 is C pool, 840-919 is B pool, and 920+ is A pool. If you don't have a PDGA rating, let us know what you typically shoot on a local course and we will try to put you in the right pool.
6. Ace pot payout rules:
When the pot value is:
$1-$100, Solo ace wins it all
$101-$150, Solo ace wins $100
$151+, Solo ace wins the pot less $50
If multiple aces are hit on the same day, the full pot will be split evenly among all acers.
Anything left at the end of the league will roll over to the next league.
7. Mandatories are not in play during this winter league.
If you have any questions - reach out to James or Dan.
