I am uncertain about that right now with some divisions. But juniors will play short to short ma2 and up will play long to long. I was considering ma3 playing long to short, and MA40 playing short to long. Also considering fa2 and up playing long to long and fa3 fa4 playing short to short. Divisions over 60 playing short to short.

I don't have a strong opinion, just want to know what to practice. FWIW, I'm on the higher end of the MA4 range ratings-wise. The long tees tend to eat my lunch but all shorts would probably be a little too easy. IDK, I haven't played all possible layouts myself yet.

Idk if this helps or hurts your decision here, but I’m playing MA2 because I have to and I have friends in MA3 and my personal preference would be to play the same layout as them - whatever that may be.
