Hi Bruce, good question. Any player is welcome to show up the day of the event and see if a registered players doesn't show and take their place. If a player on the waitlist doesn't get promoted and shows up the day of, I give them priority to take a no-show spot over a walk up player that isn't on the waitlist. If there are two players on the waitlist that come to try and get a no show spot, the player who is lower on the waitlist will have priority. Payment for registration can be completed on site.
