Dear Disc for Doggers,
Thank you for registering for our very first ever Discs for Dogs at New Belgium Brewing Company in Old Town Fort Collins on October 28. We are excited to host a fun 21-hole pop-up course behind the brewery and have been working with the fine folks at New Belgium to allow us to design a course that is not only fun, but with safety in mind. They have asked us to follow a few rules while playing at the brewery and it is important for all of us to abide by these rules. Remember, in this charity tournament the most FUN wins!
PARKING:
Please park on the WEST side of the brewery in designated lots or on the streets WEST of the brewery. They have asked us not to park along the sidewalk to the south or in the Buckingham neighborhood and streets that are directly south of the New Belgium patio. Please see attached course map, with parking area labeled.
CHECK-IN:
Check-in will start at 12 noon to 1pm on the main patio at New Belgium near the stage. Look for our registration table to check-in and pick up your player packs.

Featuring two Mini holes. No Junior discs please.
Please stay on the designated course and do not go into the trailer area or fenced-in area.
Just road and fence are out of bounds.
PRACTICE ROUND:
The course will be ready for a practice round at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
We are approved to be there for one day only. Please do not show up and try to practice before the event.
Udisc: for logistical reasons we are asking everyone to use the Udisc app. It is free to download and to enter into events. It will make keeping score way easier this year! Hannah will be there as a Udisc representative to help anyone that needs it.
RING OF FIRE:
We have a special and challenging ‘Ring of Fire’ planned following the tournament and one that is sure to make a lasting impression on you and your partner. Do not be fooled, it will be harder to hit then you think! Mini's only! We will provide tournament stamped Minis.
FOOD TRUCKS:
Following the tournament grab some food and enjoy live music on the New Belgium stage. Two food trucks will be at New Belgium that day and both are offering discounted food for our players. Look for the special food vouchers in your player’s packs and hand it to the food trucks when placing your orders. Corndoggies will give you a 50% off discount and Fat Tomato is offering 10% off.
ALCHOHOL POLICIES:
New Belgium does not allow any alcohol beyond their patio. THIS INCLUDES OUR POP-UP COURSE BEHIND THE BREWERY! You are permitted to drink on the patio and inside the brewery but please do not bring alcohol to drink while playing in Discs for Dogs. Once you have completed the 21-hole course, you will receive your drink tokens to enjoy afterwards during ring of fire.
DOG POLICIES:
Discs for Dogs is a charity tournament benefiting Big Bones Dog Rescue. We love dogs and welcome friendly dogs to join in the fun. However, all dogs need to be on a leash at all times. Please bring bags to pick up after your dog as well.
