ELO Participants,
Denise and I hope you are ready for a wonderful time in Emporia in a few weeks!
Peter Pan Park will be set up for tournament play by Thursday, September 28. The pin positions are in place now, but we will have the course painted and flagged on the listed date. I have attached the course notes to this email. The official map will be emailed at the end of the week, so notes are subject to change.
We will make first-round tee times available by noon on Friday, September 29, on the official event page:
https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/64962. Reminder: Round one is tee times, and round two is a shotgun start.
Early check-in is on Friday, September 29, from 10 AM-4 PM at Peter Pan Park. Flex Start Doubles is at the same time and in the same place. You do not have to check in early; you can check in 30 minutes to an hour before your tee time on Saturday, September 30.
The Player Party is on Saturday, September 30, from 6-8 PM at Dynamic Discs Headquarters (840 Overlander St). We provide food catered by Radius and encourage all attendees to bring beverages! There are large fridges to keep drinks cold, an indoor area for eating, and an outdoor space for putting and disc dying (Thank you, Dr. Kristy Dyes - Dye Happy)!
