Jacob, my best guess is that there may be a sticking point in PDGA membership. This being a B-Tier event, membership must be current in order to register. This is a change that was made on the two year time-frame. It used to be that non-current members would pay a $10 fee on top of registration, but that is no longer the case with B-Tier events. "Is your PDGA membership current", is what I would be checking.
