Heal up and build yourself back up at your own pace. Don't wait to feel healed to start rehabbing your injury, especially if you needed any surgery. That scar tissue sucks if you don't start early. Whatever you do, never play while compensating for an injury (like I did). You just end up more hurt with bad habits you can't get rid of... at least I did.
