Steve and I would like to thank those that braved the heat on this past Thursday for helping to raise $710 for North Star Reach through the 2023 edition of The Lost and Found Round.
Joe Johnson walked away with the highly coveted Lost and Found Glass Bowl, but, I think he left his Dicken Elementary disc golf bag behind (I didn't know they had a team). I like it, laying the groundwork for next year. Cam and Will were also able to take home gift bags just chock full of lovely parting gifts courtesy of Steve Nolff.
But also thanks to all, including Brian, Cam, Joe the Younger and Joe the Elder, Will, Don, Jake (not the Snake), Shaun, John, Kyle, Ethan, Joe, Doug, Greg, Michelle, Mike and John for sweating their discs off for the kids at North Star Reach.
Our next event is the Tournament of Champions on September 9th. After the Champions play for the miniature Bastards Cup AND the CTP Extravaganza drawing, we hope you will all stick around for the random draw dubs. Did I mention there will be trophies?? Yeesss, we have trophies left over to hand out to the winning teams, the TOP 3. We also have a forgotten placque that will be awarded for some contest or other. I don't know, we'll come up with something. Hope to see you all out at Hudson Mills on September 9. Now, go back to what you were doing and just act natural. Thanks for your time.
