All course boundary fences, golf green, water traps, and concrete areas near the clubhouse are out-of-bounds. The driving range is out-of-bounds (holes 16-18). The boundary between holes 15 and 16 is out-of-bounds (there will be a painted line between the fairways that wraps around behind tee 16. See attached diagram for reference). Sand traps play as a hazard (must be completely surrounded by sand. Play where it lies with a 1-stroke penalty).
All PDGA rules are in effect. No 2-meter rule. PDGA live score in the primary score, paper card is back up. Must keep score two ways. For live score, go to pdga.com/score. Access code is COLT2023.
Round 1 will start at noon at the latest. Round 2 will start at 4 pm at the latest (course requirements). We will be adjusting holes based on scores for round 2. Starting holes for both rounds will be posted on the PDGA event page.
The Colton Golf Course does not allow any outside alcohol. They have beverages for purchase from the club house. Enjoy responsibly.
If you aren’t sure how to play a hole, be sure to play a provisional and talk to the TDs when you get a chance or after the round.
