Come on out to Clay Park tomorrow for early check-in for The Syracuse Open as well as $10 flex-start singles on a mixed layout. You don’t need to be playing the tournament to get in on singles, but it’s a great chance to practice nine holes on West (6-14) and nine holes on East (10-18) in a competitive setting. I’ll be set up on the Wetzel Road side of the park.
There will be A, B, C and Women/Junior divisions. All cash payout unless an ace is hit, in which case 30% of the the total purse will serve as the ace pot. Live scoring on UDisc (same as WNL). Just click ‘Create scorecard’ then ‘Clay Park’ and ‘Clay Mix 1.’ You should see the event pop up at that time point.
After your round, be sure to head to Jake Hafner’s Restaurant & Tavern for dinner and drinks! Hafner’s is a tournament sponsor for The Syracuse Open located just a few minutes down the road.
Those checking in early for the tournament can pick up players packs, buy into the ace pot ($1500!) and purchase raffle tickets. I’ll also have SO fundraiser discs for sale.
