It’s encouraged to play with another team that is in the same division. If you play with another team that shoots from shorter or longer tees, just keep the pace of play.

I don’t understand why cards of two shouldn’t be allowed during a non-sanctioned event.

Same holds true with three or four people. This format is for friends and family to play and compete together.
