The following people's email on their registration in discgolfscene didn't have a paypal account tied to it or for some reason it just didn't go through. You will need to communicate another form of payment or a valid email for paypal.

I emailed everyone last night with Alex's contact info. Please connect with him to resolve your payout. Let me know if you didn't get the email.

I’ll also follow up with an email to all winners. I plan on being at Zilker for the mini tomorrow evening. Hope I can catch most of you.

As for last year’s payout. I would love to get them in contact with Elias. He handled it last year and is ready to discuss. He has all of his records from last payout and can help figure things out.

Instead of moving the money to venmo , we are putting together a CSV file to upload tonight and do mass payout. IF YOUR REGISTRATON EMAIL IS DIFFERENT FROM YOUR PAYPAL EMAIL, LET ME NKOW ASAP. Please be advised, we are experiencing issues with paypal and the payout. They are trying to tax us and charge us a fee to payout each person. Are there any TDs out there that can give me some feedback on how they handled their payout through this website and paypal? We are about to have to pay 2-4 dollars per person, per transaction for 41 payouts. This can't be right! Please bare with us as we work this out. I will follow up via email with all players that cashed and let you know what we might have to do as a work around. Stay tuned and sorry for the delay. We really don't want to pay 100's of dollars in fees just to send payout. This is a nightmare, y'all!

If you cashed and registered day-of with cash, you will need to contact me directly so we can sort something out.

I learned yesterday that UDISC is reconstructing their events page so live scoring might not be available. I did submit a request for a 'league event' as a workaround but I'm not so sure it will be approved in time. We will have paper scorecards and pencils for everyone as a back up and I will just update this page periodically throughout the day and give updates on the results. I'll also post on FB 'fellow disc golfers' and edit/refresh the post to ensure you all can keep up with the scores as they come in.

Hole 3A will be an island hole with a drop zone if you don't make the island.

There will be OB lines drawn behind most baskets. Precision and speed control will be a major factor on tournament day for the A course. Get ready!

TOURNAMENT UPDATE: We are going switching over to the A course for the tournament. There just isn't enough time and resources to get the B course cut to tournament standards. (I emailed this message to all current players registered unless someone registered for you.)

We will use 1B for the driving range/ registration 'home base'.

Top of the hill will serve as our putting greens.

B course will still be available for casual play.

This year we are accepting sponsors to help make this a better experience and promote small businesses.

Sponsorships - we are accepting monetary and swag donations that will be put back into the tournament. That means more food, drinks, CTPs, handouts, etc. All sponsors will be allowed to set up their own booth. We will be making tee signs for all 18 holes so we can recognize all sponsors!
