If I had to guess I'd say unlikely since they need to have enough golf carts for all players.

This tournament is hard capped at 4/card because of golf cart usage. 2/cart = 4/card.

Do they have more than 38 carts? I’d pay for my own if it’s an option

I'm sorry, but our golf course tournaments are always limited to 4 per card.
