Greetings all!

This message will serve as our player's meeting for the event. Please read over the post in full and view the attachments.

First, thank you for attending the Panhandle Open 6 Powered by Flight Factory and Innova. If you are traveling in town for the event and staying at a hotel, please fill out the following survey. Please see the caddy book for information on schedule, pools, courses, tees, etc. The caddy book also lists the OB for each course and hole distances. If you are unsure of a call, please collaborate with your group and play a provisional if necessary.

**Tee time has been moved to 9:30AM. Cross Country is running at Gator Links at 7AM and expects to finish around 900AM. We recommend warming up at Blackwater if possible. You may not practice on holes when cross country is running. Any dangerous complaints of a player throwing on runners will result in disqualification.

I will be set up at Blackwater DGC in the morning. Check in is optional and Am's may get their player's pack at any time during the day.

Restrooms will be available at both courses. Building 4000(Gym) at PSC and in the Baseball storage area at the new Milton course. Parking will be challenging at both courses, so we encourage carpooling if possible.

Scoring will be handled through PDGA. This is very easy to use and will save a ton of time for all participants.

Awards, payout, and raffles will be held at Gator Links in that order after the conclusion of the 2nd round. Please ensure score cards are submitted quickly after round 2 to help us get the awards ready quickly.

If you bought raffle tickets, these will be given during check in. You must be present to win to coordinate getting your items.
